Before you write to us

Can you build to our exact lengths and connectors?

Yes — that is our normal way of working. Send the ways (8/12/16/64), lengths, connector types, labelling and quantity, and we quote the assembly as specified.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the item. Shorter standard assemblies can be a small quantity; fully custom enclosures and panel work usually need a larger run to be economical. Tell us the quantity and we will confirm honestly.

How do you handle shipping and duties?

We ship from Guangzhou by air or sea depending on weight and deadline, and we quote the shipping option with the order. Duties and import taxes are handled by the receiving country.

What about documentation and compliance?

We provide commercial invoices, packing lists and product specifications with every shipment. If your market needs particular certification or test documentation, say so in the enquiry and we will confirm what we can supply.

Do you sell to rental companies and installers only?

No — we work with touring audio rental companies, system integrators, installers and distributors. If you resell, mention your market so we can quote appropriately.

Can you label cables for our patch system?

Yes. Printed heat-shrink or label plates with your numbering, channel names or company mark — send us the list and we produce it to match.
